There are two ways to become a member of Kent International Healing Association.

Student: We offer a comprehensive, professional and flexible training programme with one of our registered Tutors. When the Tutor feels the student is ready they will put the student forward for assessment, on passing the student will then be entitled to become a full member of the Association.

If you are part-way through a student training with another organisation and feel you want to join us, we would assign you to a Tutor for an assessment of your work as you may not need to repeat work that you have already studied.

If you are a trained Complementary Therapist and wish to become an Energy Healer, you can benefit from your experience and so reduce the training time.

We also welcome applications from allopathic doctors, paramedics and ministers of religion who regularly practice healing.

Joining Member: If you are or have been a member of another organisation and wish to join us, you would be required to produce a current certificate or proof of your relevant qualifications backed up with references. You would then be assessed for full membership of the Association.

Tutor: A K.I.H.A. member who has been qualified for three years may apply to become a Tutor and, if accepted, would be required to attend a tutor training course.

If you have a teaching background and feel you can join our team of Tutors with less time than required, please contact our Administrator.

We circulate a Summer Newsletter and a Winter magazine with our Directory and Information booklet. We hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year in October, to which all members and students are invited. We hold a chat room following the AGM, which allows all members and students to put forward ideas and suggestions. We take all suggestions seriously, as we are a forward thinking Association, in the world of today.
