THE FUTURE FOR ENERGY THERAPY
Over the past few years there have been profound changes in the Universal Energy. This has meant that therapists have had to adapt and adjust the way they work.
Many have felt the pull of this powerful energy; which has affected us on many different levels; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Our awareness of these changes and the awareness that we have to take responsibility for our own health and happiness has landed firmly on our shoulders.
This instability will continue and it means that we have to constantly be aware of the changes whilst trying our best to integrate them into our work and training.
It will be very important for Students to learn and be aware of the energy variations to become competent in their chosen therapy. Energy Healing is an innate gift, which can be trained to reach its full potential.
What is Energy Healing?Energy Healing is distinguished from other therapies and practices by being non-invasive; no medicines or drugs are given; no inroad into the body or mind is made, It seeks the wholeness of the patient by bringing mind and body into harmony and releasing the inbuilt curative powers of the body so they become active. It recognises the source of healing to be divine or universal energy, working in, and through, those who channel it.
Can you help with my Problems?Energy Healing can take many forms. It may be that a person simply wishes to talk about problems affecting their life. The therapist will appreciate that this is an important role in the energy healing session, which will help the patient.
Can my Doctor recommend this type of Healing?Energy healing is accepted by the British Medical Association (B.M.A.) and The Patient’s Charter, therefore you can ask your Doctor to refer you to an energy therapist. You have a right to request healing. We do not guarantee a cure and our code of conduct forbids us to claim that a cure can be effected.
Energy Healing is complementary to orthodox medicine. We always aim to work in co-operation with the medical profession remembering that, if a patient is referred by a Doctor the Doctor retains overall responsibility for that patient. Similarly, the Veterinary Surgeon retains overall responsibility for animals.
